I spend time getting to know you, and what is most important to you.

THE INITIAL CONSULTATION.
This normally takes 15-20 minutes. I ask questions so I can understand why your viewing experience so far hasn't delivered on your requirements. I gain a better understanding of your likes, dislikes and specific needs so we can move forward and begin our journey.
LET'S TALK FINANCES.
My goal is to save you money, so you can buy your property at the lowest price. For this to happen, we need to go over some financial information, for example, if you've spoken to a lender, if you have pre-approval and whether you need to sell your house first.
LET THE SEARCH BEGIN.
The best part of the journey has begun. Now that I have an understanding of your requirements, I have a clearly thought-out search in mind that covers only the properties that are relevant to you.
SEALING THE DEAL.
This is where my magic powers come into play! Once you have decided on the property of your choice, I will assist in the negotiations to ensure the best possible price and terms. I will reserve the property on your behalf with a refundable holding deposit while contracts are prepared the finances arranged.
